Our goal at Maschino's is to have your purchase delivered in the quickest, most economical way possible and in excellent condition . We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. Unless otherwise noted, we currently use two shipping methods:
FedEx – This method applies to items with size and/or weight small enough to be handled by this carrier. You will be able to track your delivery using standard FedEx tracking numbers using www.FedEx.com.
Truck Freight - This method is used to ship items whose size and or weight is too large for FedEx Express or FedEx Ground delivery. These items include all grills, grill tables, some grill carts/doors/grill accessory modules.
Once your order ships, we will send a Pro / Tracking number to your email address. Deliveries are made during normal business hours. The delivery agent will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time of delivery.
You will be responsible for unloading and carrying the product from the back of the truck, at curbside, to your desired location. This may require the help of several capable people and/or equipment that you must provide. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you unload and move items from the truck to your desired location. Once we email you the tracking information, you can contact the carrier directly to inquire about additional services. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
You must inspect your purchase for damage before signing for it! You are under no obligation to accept a damaged shipment. In all cases, inspect the shipping container (packaging) itself for damage and the product inside. If you purchase a ceramic grill, make sure to check all the ceramic parts including the outer and inner shell. Pay special attention to the bottom of the grill near and around the vent door. If you find damage, refuse the shipment. Once you have signed for your delivery, Maschino's has no responsibility or obligation for damages caused in shipping.
If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments.
Some items such as grills, large grill accessories and other items may be drop-shipped by our supplier of that product to your address.
