Grilled Slices of Onions

 

Arrange 1/2 inch slices of onions in a single layer on a large platter. Brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with Chipotle Chile and salt. Place the onions directly over the hot fire and turn once. Grill for a total of about four minutes. Use a combination of tongs and a long-handled spatula to turn the onion slices so they stay intact.
