Caramelized Grilled Carrots
Clean 5 medium carrots and bias cut them into 2 1/2 inch pieces. Parboil for 3-4 minutes. Lightly sprinkle with honey and lemon pepper and marinate in olive oil for 30 minutes. Cook on the hot side of the grill on a grilling griddle for 10-15 minutes, turning carrots and allowing seasoning to caramelize.
