Herbed Carrots

 

Blanch 8-10 small slender scraped carrots until you can pierce them with a paring knife. Meanwhile, combine 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/3 cup minced flat- leaf parsley, 2T fresh minced marjoram, and salt and pepper to taste. Brush the grill and the carrots with the oil mixture, place carrots directly on the grill on high heat. Turn often till soft, about 20 minutes.
