A weekend treat to try….Grilled Cantaloupe. Lightly oil the grill set to medium heat. Thread cantaloupe cubes onto four skewers. In a saucepan heat 1/4 cup butter, ½ cup honey until melted then stir in 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint leaves. Brush cantaloupe with honey mixture. Grill skewers 4-6 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
