Grilled Zucchini Squash, Garlic and Onions
Slice 3 zucchini or summer squash into 1/4 inch slices lengthwise. Cut one onion into wedges. Marinate vegetables and one head of garlic, separated into cloves, for at least one hour in a mixture of 1T olive oil, pinch hot pepper flakes, salt and pepper and balsamic glaze (if available). Grill on hot to medium fire for 8- 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
