Grilled Yams with pecans
Peel and cut 4 sweet potatoes diagonally. Parboil for 20-30 minutes to tenderize. Place in sauté basket on grill for 5-8 minutes. Cook on medium heat away from direct fire. When cooking is complete, sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar and 1 Tablespoon nutmeg. You can dot with butter and sprinkle with pecans if desired.
